PUBLIC COMMENTS
Santa Fe Depot District - Gh8r|i Leonard and Donn Gn8nda, of the Redlands
Conservancy, urged the Board toinclude inany agreement onthe purchase of
Agency property at 330 North Third Street stipulations that the building be
preserved, renovated and reused.

Agency Attorney McHugh announced there was bgnoreportable action taken
during the closed session. Mr. Bean recused himself from the closed session
due Lohis business relations with 8hovv9ropRedlands.

Minutes - On motion of Mr. Harrison, seconded by Mr. Bean, the nninubae of
the regular meeting OfFebruary 15. 2011were approved @Ssubmitted.

There being no further business, the Board of Directors' meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 9:55 P.M. The Board of Directors will
meet next at their regularly scheduled meeting on March 15, 2011.
