The meeting was called to order ot4:5G P.M. Chairman Aguilar offered an
opportunity to @Oy0Oe who wished to nn8h8 public comment on any item not OO
the agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
City Recruiting Process — Stgvg Rogers expressed frustration with procedures
employed to recruit o8ndid8[8S for the Municipal Utilities and Engineering
Director/City Engineer position. Herequested more transparency inthe process.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution No. 451 — Investment of Funds — [)n motion of Mr. FOS[gr. seconded
by M[. 0g8D, the Board unanimously approved, by roll C8|| VO[g, ReSO|UUOD NO.
451 rescinding Resolution No. 433 which authorized investment of Agency funds
inthe Local Investment Fund.
