Street, on November 20, 2012 at 5:00 P.M.

STAFF N. Enrique Martinez, Executive Director; Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney;
Sam Irwin, Agency Secretary; Tina Kundig, Finance Director/Agency
Treasurer; and Oscar Orci, Development Services Director
Chairman Aguilar convened the session and offered an opportunity to anyone
who wished to make public comment on any item not on the agenda.

None forthcoming
CLOSED SESSION
The meeting recessed at 5:01 P.M. to a closed session to discuss the
following:
1. Conference with real property negotiator — Government Code
§54956.8
Property: APNs 0169-281-47, -48, -49, and -50 (330
North Third Street)
Agency negotiators: N. Enrique Martinez, Oscar Orci
Negotiating party: Richard Barton Enterprises
Under negotiation: Terms and price for offer to purchase
Successor Agency property
The open session of the meeting reconvened at 8:42 P.M. with Chairman
Aguilar offering anyone present the opportunity to address the Board on any
subject, not already on the agenda, within the jurisdiction of the Successor
Agency.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Science and Technology— Leonard Goldman suggested the Walmart building
on Redlands Boulevard might be used as a site for a proposed Science and
Technology Center if the building is vacated with the advent of the Redlands
Crossing development.

City Attorney McHugh announced no reportable action was taken by the
Successor Agency during closed session.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes — On motion of Mr. Foster, seconded by Mr. Gardner, the minutes of
the special meeting on September 4, 2012, were approved.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting of the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
