Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, on April 2, 2013 at 5:00 P.M.

ABSENT None
STAFF N. Enrique Martinez, Executive Director; Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney;
Sam Irwin, Agency Secretary; Robert Dawes, Agency Treasurer; Tina Kundig,
Finance Director; and Oscar Orci, Development Services Director
Chairman Aguilar convened the session and offered an opportunity to anyone
who wished to make public comment on the closed session agenda item.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None forthcoming
CLOSED SESSION
The meeting recessed at 5:01 P.M. to a closed session to discuss the following:
1. Conference with legal counsel: Anticipated litigation — Government
Code §54956.9(d)(2)(e)(2)
a. One Case: Facts and circumstances — claim by the Redlands
Unified School District for reimbursement of funds
The open session of the meeting reconvened at 9:48 P.M. with Chairman
Aguilar offering anyone present the opportunity to address the Board on any
subject, not already on the agenda, within the jurisdiction of the Successor
Agency.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Request for Records — Steve Rogers read from a letter he had written
requesting documents under the Public Records Act, pertaining to Tentative
Tract No. 18762, stating he had not received a response to his satisfaction.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney McHugh announced no reportable action was taken by the
Successor Agency during closed session.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes — On motion of Mr. Foster, seconded by Mr. Harrison, the minutes of
the regular meeting on March 5, 2013, were approved.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting of the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 9:53 P.M. The next regular meeting of
this Board will be held on May 7, 2013.
