CLOSED SESSION
The meeting recessed at 5:01 P.M. to a closed session to discuss the following:
1. Conference with legal counsel: Existing Litigation — Government Code

Superior Court Case No. 34-2013-80001610
The open session of the meeting reconvened at 7:55 P.M.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney McHugh announced no reportable action was taken by the
Successor Agency during closed session.
Chairman Aguilar offered anyone present the opportunity to address the Board
on any subject, not already on the agenda, within the jurisdiction of the
Successor Agency.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes — On motion of Mr. Foster, seconded by Mr. Gilbreath, the minutes of
the special meeting on September 3, 2013 were approved.

Resolutions No. 463 and 462 — Payment of Obligations — On motions of Mr.
Foster, seconded by Mr. Gardner, the Board unanimously approved Resolution
No. 463 approving a corrected promissory note which adjusts downward the
principal amount of a loan, owed to the City of Redlands by the Successor
Agency, from $65,607.37 to $28,922.75, and Resolution No. 462 approving the
Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for January through June 2014.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting of the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 7:56 P.M. The next regular meeting of
this Board will be held on October 1, 2013.
