PRESENT Paul Foster, Chairman Jon Harrison, Vice Chairman Pat Gilbreath, Boardmember Paul Barich, Boardmember John James, Boardmember ABSENT None STAFF N. Enrique Martinez, Executive Director; Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney; Sam Irwin, Agency Secretary; Robert Dawes, Agency Treasurer; Tina Kundig, Finance Director; and Oscar Orci, Development Services Director Chairman Foster called the meeting to order and offered anyone present the opportunity to address the Board on any subject, not already on the agenda, within the jurisdiction of the Successor Agency. PUBLIC COMMENTS None forthcoming CONSENT CALENDAR Minutes — On motion of Ms. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. James, the minutes of the regular meeting on November 3, 2015. Property Disposition — Development Services Director Oscar Orci summarized the options available to the Board for the disposition of two properties designated for sale. As public comment, Sherli Leonard, Executive Director of the Redlands Conservancy, reminded the Board that one of the properties, the Mutual Orange Distributors Packinghouse, is historically significant and should receive special guarantees for adaptive reuse. On motions of Mr. Harrison, seconded by Ms. Gilbreath, the Board unanimously agreed to direct staff to proceed with a performance-based sales approach for two properties designated for sale in the Successor Agency approved Long-Range Property Management Plan and appointed Paul Foster and Jon Harrison to the Property Disposition Subcommittee to work with staff to develop the selection/performance criteria. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the meeting of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 10:34 P.M.
