The minutes of the regular meeting of January 3, 2006, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mrs. Gilbreath, seconded by Mr. Gil.

None forthcoming
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Governing Board's meeting of the
Redlands Financing Authority adjourned at 4:04 P.M. The next annual meeting
will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2008.
