The minutes of the regular meetings of January 06, 2009 and January 05,
2010, were unanimously approved as submitted on motion of Mr. Bean,
seconded by Mr. Gallagher.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Governing Board's meeting of the
Redlands Financing Authority adjourned at 5:58 P.M. The next annual meeting
will be held on January 4, 2011
