CONSENT CALENDAR
The minutes of the regular meeting of September 20, 2011, were unanimously
approved as submitted on motion of Mr. Harrison, seconded by Mr. Foster.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Confusion — Steve Rogers said he really didn't understand the function of the
Redlands Financing Authority and questioned the legality of having a staff
member occupying the elected position of City Treasurer.
ADJOURNMENT
The Governing Board's meeting of the Redlands Financing Authority was
adjourned at 9:43 P.M. to the next regular meeting scheduled for May 15,
2012,
