This company has been serving watQ, irsorl ;Ompany to the 135 homes in a tract located on the southeast corner of Red- )cI, lands Boulevard and Mountain View. The City would serve these users a benefit to them in having a dependable water supply ; and the City would benefit because the purchase would bring sabsLantially more water than is necessary for the above mentioned service . Purchase amount to be $32 , 56U. Un motion of Councilman Wagner , seconded by Councilman Hartzell , Lhi,5, recommendation was adopted by the City Council , with the Mayor and I City Manager authorized to execute all documents necessary Lo acquir� this water stud. , �'AGEIt Under the City' s present insurance contract , we are required to have surveys by Marshall and Stevens , Appraisers , in order to be brought ii ient up to date as to sound insurable values . Since the last appraisal , the City has acquired the sewer plant , the new city yards and cite ,e ,ance southside fire station. The City carries five policies - one re- newed each year. To bring these up to date would require $2 , 606 - 00 in addition to the normal premium, and an annual continuation paymen of y45 . 00, Association to place all City Fire insurance policies on a Repj ment Cost Basis, effective at once, and Q an additional apprc Lion of $ 1 , 800. 00 be approved for the premiu= due for this [teal ment Cost coverage, allocated as follows : Water Fund , $514 ; Cc Fund , $ 160 ; Sewer Fund, 180 ; Park and Recreation Fund , $158 ; ear" oral Fund , $888 .
