for the public hearing on ordinance No. 1328, an ordinance of the
of Redlands, adopting Zone Change 90 which establishes a change o

Mayor Burroughs, at this time, declared the meeting open as a pub

Councilman Martinez, by the following roll call vote:

meeting of the Bear Valley Water Company was scheduled for February 21,
1967. He also reviewed the proposed spin-off of land assets from the
r Bear Valley Mutual Water Company with formation of a separate land com-

er pany; and the possible resulting effect of this upon future water costs
to the City of Redlands. Following Council discussion, Superintendent
Lowry was requested to prepare a detailed study of the developments to
be presented -to Council on January 27, 1967 .
There being no further business, on motion, the Council adjourned to an
adjourned meeting to be held on Friday, January 27, 1967 at 8: 30 A.M.
Next regular meeting February 7, 1967.
