Walls, Deputy City Clerk Ron Kibby, Redlands Daily Facts Chuck Palmer, San Bernardino Sun None Mayor Burroughs called this adjourned meeting to order for the purpose iance of second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 1349. on motion of 1349 Councilman Hartzell, seconded by Councilman Cummings, Ordinance No. 1349, ging & an ordinance of the City of Redlands establishing a Parking and Business iess Improvement Area, was adopted, with waiver of the reading in full, by the tement following roll call vote: =a AYES : Councilmen Martinez, Hartzell, Cummings, Mayor Burroughs NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINED: Councilman DeMirjyn Manager Merritt presented for Council attention an agreement between the City, the Parking Authority, Redlands Security Company and the Harris Company, prepared to implement the development of Town Square. Council 7n discussed this agreement at length, and expressed satisfaction with the ire successful culmination of months of work by many people. Councilman �ment Cummings showed concern for the flow of traffic on Fourth Street, and the method to be used to determine whether West State Street should be devel- oped as a mall. Following discussion, on motion of Councilman DeMirjyn, the Airport Advisory Board the question of Valley Airways continu Use counter space to sell flying lessons.
