The meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance, followed by
invocation, by Reverend Harold R. Hudspeth of Impact, United Presby
Church.
The aaainutes of the Council meeting of August Via, 1968 were approved
submitted.
Mr. Zafon Hartman introduced Mr . Ross Collins when will replace him
secretary of the Downtown Redlands Association. Mayor Burroughs t
Mr . Hartman for his hard work in behalf of the City, and wished hi
