Mr. John Gagner presented Resolution No. 27:1..2, as resolution of the
Council of the City of Redlands authorizing execution of an agreem
with the Parking Authority of the City of Redlands and providing f
advance of funds . This resolution applies to funds in the amount
$1.75, 000 for the purchase and preparation of the parking facility
Redlands Boulevard and Orange Street, and for $54, 700 for property
s: t ion for theparking lot on Eureka Street. Following a reading
resolution in full., Resolution No . 271.2 was adopted unanimously by
City Council on motion of Counci_lenan Cummings, seconded h Council
Martinez.
Mr . Wagner then react ,in full. Resolution No. 2715, a resolution o
City Council authorizing the execution of a lease agreement with t
Parking Authority of the City of Redlands as applies to the parkin
at Redlands Boulevard and Orange Street and eureka Street . Resolu
No. 271.2 was then. unanimously adopted by the City Council on motio

Manager Merritt expressed his appreciation to Mr. John Wagner, Adm
tive Assistant, for the study and presentation of these documents
those for the Parking .Authority, and to Mr. RdHyland oft<ar e and
Youngberg, the City' s financial consultants, and to O 'Melveny & My
Manager Merritt announced an invitation to the Council to the grow
breaking ceremonies at Cedar Springs Dam on Saturday, November 9,
