This adjourned Council meeting was scheduled for the purpose of conViet j ng

Mr. John Wagner, Administrative Assistant to the City Manager, explained
the purpose of this r"tE"E'ising, introduced Mr. Deaton, who will be awarded
the franchise to furndsh taus service under ordinance No. 1402, and pre-
sented this ordinance, which had been given firs: reading of the t:itl.e at
the regular Council 1. meet ince on December 2, 1969.

Resolution No . 2789, a resolution of the City Council establishing
