Mayor Cummings called the meeting to order at 8:05 A.M.
The following bids for two trucks, Cab and Chassis, 18,000 lbs . , for
the Park Department were opened and publicly declared in the office of
the City Clerk at 10:00 A.M. November 11, 1971 and referred to the Pur-
chasing Department for study:

Inc.
J Colton, California Total, Incl . tax $10,484.70
Hamilton Ford
Fontana, California Total, Incl . tax $10,626.10
Lange & Runkel, Inc.
Redlands, California Total, Incl. tax $10, 672.00
It is the staff recommendation that the low qualified bid of Dieterich
International Truck Sales, Inc. be accepted. On motion of Councilman
DeMirjyn, seconded by Councilman Miller, award was made to Dieterich
International Truck Sales, Inc. in the amount of $10,484.70.
On motion of Councilman DeMirjyn, seconded by Councilman Miller,
Agreement - al was given to a contract, with amendments as read by the City b
Financial
Consultants between the City and the firm of Stone and Youngberg, as financiz
Sewer visors to the City, in connection with financing the modification
Plant the Sewer Treatment Plant as being necessitated by requirements <
Water Quality Control Board. Motion carried by AYE votes of all
No further business demanding attention at this time, on motion,
Council adjourned.
