This adjourned meeting was called to order by Mayor Cummings at 8:05
A.M.
Ordinance No. 1469, which amends Article 407 of the Redlands Ordinance

Ordinance No. 1470, an ordinance of the City of Redlands amending those

seconded by Councilman Knudsen, with waiver of the reading of the ordi-
nance in full, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen DeMirjyn, Knudsen, Sewall, Mayor Cummings
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Miller
Lotion Resolution No. 2912, a resolution of the City Council establishing a
2912 schedule of fees to be charged by the Building and Safety, Planning, and
::ipal Public Works Departments for various charges, was introduced and dis-
cussed at length.
Each Council member expressed concern at the necessity of raising fees.

Councilman Sewall moved to approve Resolution No. 2912, with Mayc
Cummings seconding. The motion failed with the following vote:
AYES: Councilman Sewall, Mayor Cummings
NOES: Councilmen DeMirjyn, Knudsen
ABSENT: Councilman Miller
Councilman Knudsen then moved that the charge of $200 for zone cT
be lowered to $100 with the per acre cost raised to $10.00 per ac
This motion lost for lack of a second.
Mr. Lawrence Ridge, manager of Lindsay Grove apartments, addressf
