Mayor DeMirjyn called the meeting to order and stated that thiE

Councilman Miller read a brief statement outlining the advantac

Councilman Elliott stated that he disagreed with the Selection

called for the vote which was :
AYES : Councilmembers Miller, Elliott
NOES : Councilmembers Knudsen, Grace; Mayor DeMirjyn
ABSENT: None
Vice Mayor Knudsen then spoke highly of Deputy Chief Robert E.
Chief of
Police of Menlo Park, the Selection Committee ' s choice, and placed hiE
Selection in nomination. Councilwoman Grace seconded, and by the followi
Mr. Brickley was selected to be Redlands ' next Police Chief :
