The adjourned meeting of the City Council held on March 23, 1.978, was ad- journed to this time and place in order to hold this meeting for the purpose' of further consideration of growth. regulations . Bob Treacy, 554 Terracina Boulevard, felt that this was not an issue of free enterprise and asked that the moratorium be maintained until the Study tells us what is the best approach. Councilman Knudsen then moved to continue the Growth Management Stud :Environmental Systems Research Institute and requested the firm spec the study as mush as possible. Motion seconded by Councilman Elliot unanimously adopted.
