As a result of the meetings and conferences, this City Council has c to grant to the members of the International Association Fire FightE 1334 the following; 1. City ' s contribution to medical .insurance coverage .:.increased fx $15 . 00 to $40.00 per month. 2. Uniform allowance increased to $150.00 per year . City will pi initial issue of all safety equipment in accordance with sped tions of OSHA. 3 , Scheduled duty shifts may be exchanged among safety employees Fire Department with concurrence of the Eire Chief. 4 , All, safety employees shall maintain residence within fifteen n the corporate limits of the city; exceptions may be granted b� Council. Bearing in mind the best interests of the citizens of Redlands, thiE Council has determined to grant the following to the members of the City Employees Association: 1.
