on motion of Councilman Roth, seconded by Councilman Riordan. fit-

Public Works Commission - Approved Public Works budget with a few changes;
will study water and sewer budgets next Monday, April 13, 1951, at 3:30 P.M.' i
in the City Hall Conference Room. �
Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission - will meet Tuesday, April 1.4,
P 1981, at 7:00 P.M. in Provident Federal Savings and Loan.
APPLICATIONS AND PETITIONS
On motion of Councilman Riordan, seconded by Councilman Roth, Council

Cancer granted permission to the American Cancer Society to conduct their annual.

The Cinco de Mayo Committee was granted a waiver of business License and

explained that the funds would be used for summer programs.

The Southern California Edison Company's franchise statement in the amount

OAll requirements as outlined in Council minutes dated July 3, 1979, having
been complied with, it is the recommendation of the Planning Department
C.U.P. ! that final approval be given Conditional Use Permit No. 309. On motion
309 of Councilman Riordan, seconded by Councilman Roth, this recommendation of `
the Planning Department was approved by AYE votes of all present.
