'M1` :0 +1 N Resolution No. 3769, adopted August 4, 1981, established October 1, 1981 Resolution as the final date for allocation of the first half of the 1981 building No. 3769 permits under Proposition "R." Dennis Renter, RDA #81-7A, „W Dr. Roth noted that Mr. Renter had originally been scheduled to receive Ni' 50 units, however ten units were awarded to California Business Financial since after removal of the negative ten points, application RDA #81-9A passed the 70 required points. Dr. Roth felt that this was a bad t lit, priority. Attorney Riddell stated that there was no implied promise here to give this applicant 23 units at the next allocation. Mayor DeMirjyn �4 mentioned that this applicant had a "three" priority this time and would �, l,t most likely be in the top applicants. °y7 Council then considered a request from Jim Glaze, Inc. for a time eaten-Time Sion of one year for the use of an office trailer on the property he is �€ ?- �i4r� Extension rehabilitating at 500 West Redlands Boulevard. The Council than gave unanimous approval for the }y{ 1 Jim Gla e requested time extension on motion of Councilman Riordan, seconded by \`\ Inc.
