Mayor DeMirjyn called the meeting to order and stated that this adjourned �
regular meeting was for the purpose of awarding the first half of the
, 1981 Allocation of Building Permits as established under Proposition "R.

as the final date for allocation of the first half of the 1981 building
No. 3769 permits under Proposition "R." This resolution was adopted for the

The first semi-annual building permit allocation for 1981, with the

*At the time of the awarding of 40 units to W. Dennis Renter, RDA #81-7A,

Dr. Roth noted that Mr. Renter had originally been scheduled to receive

50 units, however ten units were awarded to California Business Financial
since after removal of the negative ten points, application RDA #81-9A
passed the 70 required points. Dr. Roth felt that this was a bad

priority. Attorney Riddell stated that there was no implied promise here
to give this applicant 23 units at the next allocation. Mayor DeMirjyn
�4 mentioned that this applicant had a "three" priority this time and would �,

most likely be in the top applicants.
°y7 Council then considered a request from Jim Glaze, Inc. for a time

Time j Martinez stated that Mr. Glaze has already installed a needed water line

requested time extension on motion of Councilman Riordan, seconded by

There being no further business, Council adjourned to an executive
session at 7:25 P.M.; reconvened at 8:20 P.M. with a statement of "No
Report" and adjourned on motion. i
