The regular meeting of the City Council on April 20, 1982, was adjourned to this time and 1 �t n� place in order to hold this meeting for the purpose of permitting Redlands `, Civics Day Nigh School students to take over the functions of the various elected officials and department heads of the city government as a participation ?,{ in Civics Day. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Beth Koch.
