The meeting was opened by Mayor Roth. Council expressed their apprecia-
tion to Phyllis Irshay for her hospitality and the refreshments which she

Community Association, Inc., for their 1983 summer season. Also included

lt Resolution Resolution No. 3893, a resolution of the City Council of the City of
�t)��Ptyg No. 3893 Redlands supporting the American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW) in its
�t 'ttt efforts to construct a senior housing project in the City of Redlands,
Senior Housing was approved by AYE votes of all present on motion of Councilman Martinez,
Project• seconded by Councilman DeMirjyn.
Mrs. B. J. Nichka from the San Bernardino County Office of Community
Development provided information on the Rental Rehabilitation Demonstra-
County tion Loan Program which is available through her office. The program is
Rental designed to rehabilitate rental units which are now substandard or have

this program is available in the City Manager's Office, and anyone
