having been complied with, it is the recommendation of the Planning

Minor Subdivision No. 132 - Paul Hairgrove
That the request for approval of Minor Subdivision No 132, for the sub-
division of approximately 22 acres of land into two parcels for property
generally located on the southwest corner of Allesandro Road and Fig
Crescent Avenue, R-E Zone, be approved based on the findings of the 00
Planning Commission and subject to the recommendations of all
departments as contained in Planning Commission minutes dated
October 25, 1983. Stating that Council finds that pursuant to
Section 66473.5 of the California Government Code, Minor Subdivision � rs
No. 132, together with the provisions for its design and improvement,
is consistent with the City's General Plan and any applicable specific `=
plans; that none of the conditions provided in California Government & »"
Cade Section 66474 exist on this map; and that pursuant. to California
Government Code Section 66474.6 the discharge of waste from this
subdivision apparently will not result in violation of existing
requirements prescribed by the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality
Control Board pursuant to Division 7 of the California Water Code.,
Councilman DeMirjyn moved to approve this recommendation of the r ,�
Planning Commission. Motion seconded by Councilman Martinez and
carried unanimously.
1983 Residential Development Allocations, Phase II
Following the planning Commission meeting held on November 8, 1983, in
which applications for Residential Development Allocations under Propus.itio4
"R" were reviewed letters were received from University Associates and
Sundance Homes requesting reconsideration of point awards an certain z - 1
categories. Staff reviewed these requests and determined that there
may be a reasonable basis for revision. Community Planner Michael Atenuio i
reviewed the change requests and presented staff's recommendation for
award of building permits based on the point modification requests from
Residential University Associates and Sundance Homes. W

Development Councilman Gorman moved to concur with the staff's evaluation of the
Allocations point modification requests of University Associates and Sundance Homes.
Phase II. Motion seconded by Councilman Martinez and carried unanimously.
Councilman Gorman moved to award building permits for thc, 1983 Residential
Development Allocations, Phase II, as follows. The notion was
seconded
by Councilman DeMirjyn and carried unanimously.
