The meeting was opened by Mayor Beswick. Introductions were made � � ��
of the Couneilmembers and Commissioners present.

The purpose of this meeting was to thoroughly discuss the Historic
Element Study, Phase I, Orientation and Analysis, being prepared
by Judy Wright of AEGIS, a consulting firm. Ms. Wright and her ; 1avjitil����vy�),
associates gave a slide presentation which was followed by general ii�ittv�}
discussion in order to give her an idea of what direction to proceed �V��vs nt4
in for Phase I, Recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
Next regular meeting, February 7, 1984.
