Larsen, Councilman Public hearings were advertised for this time and place for Resolu- tion No. 3988 for adoption of Amendment No. 1 to Specific Plan No. 25 4iys�; for approximately 70 acres of land located between Lugonia Avenue, the I-10 Freeway, a line 1,300 feet east of California Street and a line 1,280 feet west of Alabama Street; Ordinance No. 1850 for adoption ?ublie of Specific Plan No. 33 for approximately 18 acres of land located on 3z Iearings the southwest corner of Alabama Street and Lugonia Avenue; Conditional �ontinued Use Permit No. 404 for a proposed 100-unit senior citizen board and care facility on the north side of Cypress Avenue, approximately 150 s, feet west of Redlands Boulevard; and for confirmation, modification or rejection of the findings of the Historic and Scenic Preservation Com- mission regarding a structure located at 244 Terracina Boulevard,Redlands.
