Mayor Beswick called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. for the Purpose of continuing
the discussion on the Gill and Pulver study on the use of detention basins in the
County area. Public Works Director Donnelly reviewed his report and recommendation `

their items and submit recommendations for Council consideration. Further research '
was asked regarding the costs relating to the Sewell Theater Maintenance and Operation il4
and the Bowl Maintenance and Operation. Staff was asked to study establishing aIN
surcharge for non-residents' use of the City's parks. Water and Sewer Services will
be discussed separately at a future meeting. Councilman Johnson asked that public
notices and public hearings be addressed within the proposed ordinance. Vit'
