Former Planning Commissioner Scott Reynolds pointed out that minutes of the Planning ;
i Commission and City Council dated April 30, and May 14, 1985, indicated the City's
policy was not to rezone properties under the 65 CNEL. City Attorney Holmes reminded Nei

Beswick asked that the Planning Department contact the League of California Cities
and National League of Cities for.information and assistance; report the number of 1

Mr, Dangermond reviewed the study program of the recently-formed Open Space `
lid Committee. Many suggestions were submitted to Mr. Dangermond for his study, and
the Planning Department was asked to review the Proposition It allocation procedure
