MINUTES of an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council, City of Redlands held in
Building C in the Corporate Yard, 1270 West Park Avenue, on September 1G,
1987, at 7:00 P.M.
PRESENT Carole Beswick, Mayor
Barbara C. Wormser, Councilmember
John Holmes, City Manager
Lorrie Poyzer, City Clerk
Jeff Shaw, Community Development Director
ABSENTRichard N. Larsen, Mayor Pro Tem
Charles G. DeMirjyn, Councilmember
Tim Johnson, Councilmember
A joint meeting of the City Council, Planning Commission, Open Space
Committee, and CSA-110 District Advisory Commission was scheduled for this u
time and place. Although a quorum of the City Council was not present, the study
session continued for those present.

Molly Bogh presented the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan, and Pete Dangermond
presented the City's Open Space Plan. Community Development Director Shaw
j presented information for consideration of conforming and conflicting aspects of
;r the Last Valley Gorrido:r Specific Plan and Open Space Plan and alternative approaches
"g for resolving identified conflicts. He also presented ramifications of these plans
can the properties within the CSA-110 District and discussed the Plan and resolution
process.
The meeting was adjourned to an adjourned regular meeting to be held on Tuesday,
September 29, 1987, at 3:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue,
Redlands, California
