Council decided who would attend board and commission meetings as liaison and whot,
would represent the Council at various other organizations. The appointment process
of commissioners and board members was discussed. 9(`"

It was announced that Civics Day would take place on Thursday, March 24, 1988. Each r
-� Councilmember indicated they would be present for the adjourned meeting to be held �r"!i
that day for the students' participation.
Guidelines for Councilmembers' attendance at conferences was discussed.
