Councilmember DeMirjyn moved that. the I`� t Redlands Town Center Corporation be granted permission to hold a "Market Night" j on Thursday evenings an East State Street, for an initial trial period of one car; and ? yt Y g' 1 Y 76 z{y' authorized the closure to vehicular traffic on East State Street. on Thursday evenings 4„ y between the hours of 5:30 P.M. and 9:30 P.M. beginning July 21, 1988.. Councilmember Johnson left the meeeting at 3:40 A.M. to attend another meeting.
