MINUTES of an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redlands held in
the Council Chambers, 21.2 Brookside Avenue, on January 17, 1989, at 2:40 P.M.

ABSENT None
City Engineer Mutter presented a copy of the revised analysis .for the percentages to
be attributed to existing and future development for the cost analysis of public facility
impact fees for City Hall and corporation yard facilities. The ,revisions used population
figures as the basis for the analysis. Councilmember Wormser indicated she was more
comfortable with the use of the employee ratio rather than population, Councilmember
Cunningham agreed with the original report reflecting the 25175 percent ratio.
Councilmember Johnson explained he felt that between 1.982 and adoption of these fees
the difference in the population also needed to be charged for these facilities.
Mr. Mutter was asked to re-figure these calculations for the February 21, 1989,
meeting.
_There being no further business on this agenda, the meeting adjourned at 3:14 P.M.
