Tom Dotson briefly explained the scope of Rd the Environmental Impact Report being prepared which he expects to have in draft K Vit+ form in February or March, 1990. yd= �afj ,rid iit n AFR City of Highland's Councilmember Dennis Johnson reviewed meetings held by the kg � i Norton Economic Expansion Committee, the latest as recent as last night. Heys, {7 y expressed his frustrations with the leadership gap of this committee and stated he t; lz was working toward an industrial park with limited air use for the base. Mayor 3{ Pro Teta Beswick expressed Redlands' deep concerns with the "rules of the game 114 which need clear definition before we proceed. It was suggested a meeting he WIN,. ' held with the City Managers of the five cities involved to discuss the proposed 4"R joint powers agreement which apparently is now available through County i+ t Supervisor Hammock's office. It was also suggested that the City Councils from al] try the cities involved hold a joint meeting in the very near future in order to address +i`�I� f] the alleged January 1.2, 1990, deadline. } The meeting adjourned at 8:52 A.M.
