Cultural Aris Workhoc - Cultural Arts Commiss;icrners Mthleen Cura, Charles Baker,
and Bill MciCalmun met with the C;iIM Council and prescnuxd thein strategic Plana fon
1990-92. City Managcrr Holmes inflamed the commissioners tb at City Council desired to
acquirie the Nox Theater building during the ncxxi fiscal ylexar. Council agreed to review
the Art in Public Places ordinance that was tabled some lime ago.
Hine Code - Nine Chief Mills neporlad that Ordinance Na. 2103, which is scheduled fon
public hearing dur'ng the evening scission, will require fire sprinklers in all new
construction ofl single-fkmily and mm'li-famiilM residences. A video was pncisemted

discussed tho talx reduction for lange service users,the allocation process and exemptions.
