ordinance of the City)of Rkidlands adding Chaplet 3.f4 to the RIadlands Municipal Code

confidential memo to Council providing justification fhr the pending litigation portion of
tho closed session at which time council adjourned to an adjourned regular meeling to be
held on March E, 1990, al 8:00 A.M. in the City)Hall Conference Room, 30 Cajon 91reet,
