Utility Uscirs Tax - city] Atilornay McHugh presented a revised page for Ordinance No.
2111, an initiative ordinance of the City of Mid]ands adding Chapter If to the Rladlands
Municipal Clado levying a utility users tax, ordaining the use afl tho falx revenues and
rieflacting the first goal as manning. In rasponso the Councilmamber Cunningham,
Attorney McHugh replied that da second sar tense in Sect ions 3.E 4.160(B)(a)sols the first
prioriilyl for use afl the tax revenue fl3r manning, vwagos, and employe benefits :in an

Thursdayy March 9, 1994, at which limes the Disposal Divisions will transfar to the

Bernardino Clouniy Flood Control District Aona 3 budget for fiscal }fear 1990-91 which
includes funding for the Zanja detention basin and tha NEI Creak Bevee and rioted that
