Taxi Sarvice - Messrs. Sanchuz and G:ignanelli, Metro Taxicabs, submiatUd another

City Council had unanimously denied their prior application on sone 6, 1989, finding
tharea was not a sufficaicani public need ftar anothcna taxicab service in Rledlands. Tony)
Martinez addreasscad Courcil urging them to allow free enterprise by approving Metro
Taxicabs' apphicalion. Hes showed Cour,cilmembenas a peatitioni which het said contained
],(100 signatures oft Readlands ncas;ideants who wane in favor aft free enterprise in the taxicab

Council finds that there is not sufficient public need for another Uxicab service in the
City of Rleadlands and thercaforea to deny the application submitted by Metro Taxicabs.
