concern ofIMV parking appears to be fainlyl limited within the Citya The Planning
d'vision receives appiioximately one complaint pen month on RIAs;most ofithase are
fon long-terms parking of RMs on the street and can be addressed by prasenl Code
provisions. The proposed ordinance would iiesult in a siaeable numbcai of illegally
parked/stoned Ws lhroughoul the Cily, and impact a fairlyl lange segmlent of
Rlcidlands'populatin who own and park/sloiie RMs as they would be in violations of the
