PRESENT Charles G. DeMirjyn, Mayor Swen Larson, Mayor Pro Tem William E. Cunningham, Councilmember Dee Ann Milson, Councilmember Jim Foster, Councilmember James D. Wheaton, City Manager Ronald C. Mutter, Assistant City Manager Daniel J. McHugh, City Attorney Lorrie Poyzer, City Clerk ABSENT None Santa Ana River Wash Member of the City Council and staff from the City of Highland requested our City Council to consider pursuing the concept of a joint powers authority in. which all aspects of mining in the Santa Ana River Wash may be uniformly addressed. Councilmembers concurred to reactivate the advisory committee and to include representation from the Water Conservation District at their recommendations. It was agreeable to both cities to meet again on Monday, April 6, 1992, at 8:00 A.M. in the City Hall Auditorium to continue discussion on this subject. Councilmember Milson nominated Gertrude Hagum to replace Don Holtzhauser as on of the the Redlands' citizens on the advisory committee. This was agreeable to Councilmembers Larson and Foster. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:08 A.M. to Tuesday, March 10, 1992, at 9:00 A.M. in the City Hall Auditorium, 30 Cajon Street, Redlands, California. City Clerk Date Page 1
