Redlands held in the City Hall Auditorium, 30 Cajon Street, on March 24,
1992, at 6:00 P.M.

ABSENT None
General.Plan A revised schedule was presented for the study sessions to review
the proposed General Plan. At this time, the City Council will meet
to study this proposal on second and fourth(and fifth if available)
Tuesdays at 6:00 P.M. Councilmembers also agreed they would
like to hear a presentation from the General Plan Citizens
Committee in the near future.
City Attorney Holmes reviewed Transferable Development Rights
(TDR) as they could be applied in Redlands. Several citizens asked
questions and indicated they were opposed to the concept of TDR.
Councilmembers discussed this concept at length. Councilmember
Foster moved to oppose usage of Transferable Development
Rights. Motion seconded by Councilmember Larson and carried
with Councilmembers Cunningham and Milson voting NO.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:10
P.M. to an adjourned regular meeting to be held on Tuesday,
March 31, 1992, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Auditorium, 30
Cajon Street, Redlands, California.
