Redlands held in the City Hall Plaza, 2 East Citrus Avenue, Suite 15C,
on June 2, 1992, at 9:30 A.M. Said meeting was immediately recessed
and reconvened at 9:35 A.M. in the City Hall Auditorium, 30 Cajon
Street(where the air conditioning was working).

ABSENT None
Audit - Finance Director Chapman reviewed the 1.990-91 Comprehensive
Annual. Financial Report, remarking on the footnotes which clearly
explain the City's financial policies.
Budget - Finance Director Chapman presented the estimated year-end
balances for 1.991-92. It was noted the Certificates of Participation.
revenues need to be clarified in order to see the total cost of the library
expansion.
Finance Director Chapman also presented the 1992-93 budget status report
which shows a $3 million shortfall. Budget workshop sessions will begin
on July 7, 1992. At the request of Council, the new auditors will be
present at a workshop session scheduled for June 9, 1992.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:46 A.M.
Next regular meeting, June 2, 1992.
