July 7, 1992, at 9:30 A.M.

ABSENT None
Finance Director Chapman presented the proposed 1992-93 budget and reviewed the
General Fund budget highlights and assumptions. Council briefly recessed at 9:57 A.M.
and reconvened at 1.0:05 A.M. and reviewed the proposed budget for the Public Works
Department, Engineering Division, and Utilities Division.
Councilmember Foster left the meeting at 11:30 A.M.
Councilmember Larson moved to approve continuation of the 1.991-92 budget until such
a time that the City Council adopts the 1.992-93 final budget. Motion seconded by
Councilmember Milson and carried by AYE votes of all present.
The meeting adjourned at 1.1:44 A.M. Next regular meeting, July 7, 1992 at 3:00 P.M.
