in the City Hall Plaza, 2 East Citrus Avenue, on August 4, 1992, at 9:00 A.M.

ABSENT None
Budget The City Council reviewed the proposed budgets for the Finance Department and
Data Processing. Councilmembers indicated they wished to hold a separate
session for an in depth study of computer needs in Data Processing. Council
reviewed the proposed budgets for the Community Services Department: Parks
Division, Street Trees Division, and Joslyn Senior Center.
The meeting briefly recessed at 10:20 A.M. and reconvened at 10:30 A.M. and the
City Council continued their review of the proposed budgets for the Recreation
Division, Cemetery Division, Groves Fund, and Measure 0 Fund.
City Manager Wheaton indicated staff needed to adjust the Street Cleaning Fund
to reflect the contract for services. He presented information regarding anticipated
funds from the State, projections for fiscal years 1993-94 through 1996-97, and
the distribution of the General Fund. He recommended continuation of the past
year's budget and reconvening the budget study sessions in September.
The meeting adjourned at 11:55 A.M. Next regular meeting, August 4, 1992, at
3:00 P.M.
