ABSENT None
Regional Shopping Center - Mr. Brooke Morris and his associates from Majestic
Realty, Inc., City of Industry, presented their conceptual plans for a large scale
regional shopping center proposed for the unincorporated parcel of property known as
the 'Donut Hole," located north of Lugonia Avenue between Alabama Street and State
Route 30. Council expressed their support for the project,but indicated the City would
not be interested in offering any financial assistance or subsidies.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 A.M.Next regular meeting,July 6, 1993, at 3:00 P.M.
