STUDY SESSION
Annual Financial Re-port - Finance Director Steven M.
Chapman reviewed the Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report and the independent auditors ' report for the
year ended June 30, 1994 . On behalf of Soren,
McAdam, Bartells, Certified Public Accountants, Jeff
VanderKooy was present to answer questions . city
Treasurer Michael Reynolds reviewed the City' s cash
and investments policy.
The City Council meeting briefly recessed at 10 : 00
A.M. and reconvened at 10 : 05 A.M. and continued the
review of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report .
Mid-Year Budget Review - Finance Director Steven M.
Chapman presented four schedules reporting mid-year
budget figures versus actual financial information.

Water Rate Rollback - Municipal Utilities Director
Gary G. Phelps presented a water fiscal analysis with
a proposal to rollback the water usage rates by ten
(10) percent . Councilmember Foster moved to direct
staff to prepare an ordinance to amend Title 3 of the
Redlands Municipal Code to rollback water usage rates
as recommended by staff . Motion seconded by
Councilmember Cunningham and carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council
meeting adjourned at 11 : 10 A.M. The next regular
meeting will be held on February 7, 1995, at 3 : 00
P.M.
