May 13, 1999.

ABSENT None
TV Crew - City Manager Luebbers informed Councilmembers that the students
who have been operating our TV cameras are not able to work in the mornings
because they are attending school. The volunteer camera operators for these
morning budget workshops are members of the Civilian Volunteer Patrol (CVP)
and Renee Groese from the Police Department is assisting Mr. Ettleman, the
Director.
WORKSHOP
1999-2000 Proposed Budget - City Manager Luebbers presented a
memorandum with the information Councilmembers' requested at the May 11,
1999, workshop. Proposed budgets were reviewed by the City Council as
follows: Library, City Clerk, City Treasurer, Redevelopment, Community
Development, and Public Works.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned at
10:55 A.M. to an adjourned regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 18,
1999, at 9:00 A.M. in the City Council Chambers, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands,
California.
