Moseley, City Clerk Ron Kibby, Redlands Daily Facts ABSENT None This special meeting of the City Council was called for the puz ( 1 ) Considering Industrial Development Requirements - Marigold Farms (2 ) Reconsider Flood Control Requirements - Conditional Use Permit No. 103 - Sylvan Mobile Homes Annex. City Manager Merritt presented Resolution No . 2503 , a resolutic the City of Redlands supporting the proposed industrial develol Resolution of Marigold Farms . He urged the adoption of this resolution a: No. 2503 states the City' s willingness to participate in improving road Marigold and providing for the installation of municipal water and sews= Farms to the boundary of the site. Following discussion, on motion c Councilman Cummings , seconded by Councilman Wagner, Resolution 2503 was unanimously adopted by the City Council . On motion of Councilman Hartzell, seconded by Councilman Martir funds in the approximate amount of $9, 000 were approved for the pose of contracting for the engineering studies necessary for t sewer construction to Marigold Farms - funds to come from amour budgeted for industrial development purposes . Conditional Use Permit No . 103 - E. J. Zeiner In the Council minutes dated October 19, 1965 on this condition. permit , Engineering Department Requirement No . 5-D was concerne the sale of apartment houses and other improvements by Mr. Zeir. the Flood Control District . It is recommended by the District if such sale becomes necessary for flood control channel develc north of the railroad right-of-way, it can best be handled by t Flood Control District .
