This special meeting was called for the purpose of receiving bids for the
construction of: University Street from. Brockton Avenue to 330 feet north
of Brockton Avenue, which were opened and publ.ic_ly declared in the office
of the City Clerk at 10: 60 A.M. July 30, 1968, and awarding the contract.
Bids were received as follows:

At this time it is the recommendation of the department of i:f alicw Works
that the bid of Cock.rum and Snow, being the lowest bid and meeting all
specifications, be accepted.
