Hein, Redlands Daily Facts Chuck Palmer, San Bernardino Sun ABSENT None This special meeting of the Council was called for the purpose of sidering a resolution requesting the State Highway Commission to for the construction of an off ramp which would permit southbound fic on State Route No. 106 to exit the freeway onto the frontage to be constructed north of Interstate 10 between Alabama Street a Tennessee Street, and an on ramp from the frontage road to be con ed on the south side of Interstate 10 between Alabama Street and see Street onto the northbound lane of State Route No. 106. Following a presentation by Mr. Don Turpin in behalf of the burin within the area of Freeway #10 and Alabama Street, and comments b Resolution John Runkel and Mr. Louis Fletcher, the Council discussed the mat No. 2814 at length. They questioned the above gentlemen and Director of P Ramp Works John Shone. Changes Route 106 unanimously.
